Change Minecraft Username without Mojang?

Hey Everyone, Accomplished here,

So I have a little issue I hope someone can help me out with. My friend no longer plays Minecraft so he wants to give me his account, and he gave me the username and password. I was able to get in, however when I went to make it a mojang account, I don't have the email the account was setup with, so I can't change the name or anything like that. Is there any way to change the email without having access to the old email address? Thanks for reading
