Change of plugin (Group Manager) HELP NEEDED!

I recently decided to change from pex to group manager, I need help with the following.
Can you help me out with group manager on my server I want ranks:
Default
Moderator
Admin
Dev
Owner
- I need help with the color codes
- Creating the ranks
- Applying the ranks to user
- Tag of rank
-Prefix/Color of rank
