Change Prefix and Name Plugin

I'm looking for a plugin similar to VeltPvP

What characteristics should it have?

- Change the color of the nick and prefix with a custom command. Example "/(rankname) color" "/VIP color"
(with support to put a different color to each one)

- That the "I choose" range can change the color of their nickname and prefix to those I put
Example

The VIP range executes the "/VIP color" command
Open a menu
And the list of color combinations that I placed appears in config.yml

Unlike the first command, the donor can choose the colors that you like the most
