Change 'Rank accounts' to 'Ranked accounts'

"Ranked accounts" would mean that the accounts would be individually ranked, not with ranks in game, but ranked as in a ranking system. But there is no ranking system. I guess meaning the account is ranked like saying something is "decked" (for example) would make sense, but its better described as "rank".

"Rank accounts" means an account which has a rank.

I hope that made sense, its hard to explain it clearly over the internet, point is theres actually no typo (or both ranked and rank works but rank is better). Depends how you interpret it
