Change "Reputation Moderator" to "Feedback Moderator"

Hello,
As you may not the "reputation moderator" rank was renamed to "Feedback Moderator" but it the Members tab they are still called reputation moderator I think it should be changed to the actual name.

This change has been made now, along with some other adjustments to the order of different ranks.
