Change Spawn buildings

I have a current server setup.

I'd like someone to remove the old spawn/warzone and import the new spawn/warzone schematic i bought, and make it look nice.

I have a schematic already bought that i'd like to replace the current spawn in the world with, and get rid of the existing warzone.
