Currently, you cannot change your name which is something similar to a staff members name.
e.g I can't change my name to "Justis T" (eventhough that may be my name) cause it's similar to Justis e.t.c

The meaning of impersonating "pretend to be (another person) for entertainment or fraud."

What we're doing is not impersonating since we're not pretending to be another person for fraud nor entertainment.

Having a name similar to a staff member will still cause confusion.
Something like Justis T is questionable, since that would be a legit name without 'copying' his identity, but "thebaum6969" serves no purpose other than to imitate the staff member for shits and giggles name-wise.
The names are changed back to avoid confusion.
If someone were to say "contact thebaum about this", there should be 0 option for confusion as to who to contact.
Same goes for other staff members.

You're not really changing to meaning of impersonating, that stays the same.

You have to realize that a mass amount of users are also newer, which will definitely cause confusion. It doesn't hurt to come up with another alias.

Denied. Our rules about impersonation are pretty concise and obvious:
1.7 Do not impersonate another member, person, or company, or otherwise misrepresent yourself.

If your name is Justis T, then feel free to make that your name, but expect us to be sceptical and question you about it.

Thanks for the suggestion.
