As a resource creator I would like to use the referral system, but right now the system aint it. There is no interest for someone to use some referral code, but there should be. And that interest have to be a discount.
So basically how it works is like this, the resource creator defines the discount amount of that referral code (limited to %70 or so) and the referring will be getting a percentage of what is left after discount.
