Change the rep limit from 100 to 70 characters

A lot of people spam characters on rep to get it to meet the 100 characters requirement. This should be more enforced, but the main cause is that 100 is a bit high. I've noticed many times that when trying to post a reputation, I don't meet the requirement by 10-30 characters. I think that 70 is much more reasonable and is about what you need for a substantial rep. What do you guys think?

100 characters isn't even that much. If you can't type 100 characters out to describe a deal you just did then why even bother leaving reputation...

Report them, the feedback will be removed and they will all be issued warning points.

There is no reason to lower the character requirement for reputation. Initially, when we were planning it I was going to make the minimum way higher but we decided that 100 is a fair number. If you can't write 100 characters about why you're giving a reputation, the person probably doesn't deserve it.

Anyone trying to evade our minimum character requirement should be reported and they will be warned.
