CHANGE the time limit of SB advertising

Shoutbox has started to have 10x more ads in it, and it's kinda annoying. Before it used to be 5 or 10 minutes per ad, then ads were banned, now it came back as 10 minutes I think, now it's 15? Well even with all this, people still spam sb with ads all the time, and it's kinda annoying since when you try having a civil conversation it's like *AD*. For example here

Space - HAHHAHA SLAB IM :rekt:ING YOU ON THE SB TOP CHATTERS
Me - stfu
Random Person - insert stupid ad here
Me - Bruv we were talking
Space - YEAH RANDOM PERSON

you get the point, it's annoying. So what I'm suggesting is to edit the time/ad to 30 minutes, this may seem like a LARGE number but it's really not, that's 2 ads per hour, 48 ads every 24 hours. Compared to the current 96 ads every 24 hours, that would reduce it A LOT and the amount of spam won't be as big and we can finally have civil conversations.

People don't even follow the current time limit, I doubt upping it will make that much difference.

15 mins is far more easy to enforce than 30. If it were to be set to 30, people would start breaking it more easily. Yes, there'd be warnings, but how many people have ever given a damn about minor warning points?
As far as I remember it's always been 15 minutes. I don't know what sort of prehistoric early 2015 situation had shoutbox at less than 15 mins or with ads fully banned, but I don't recall it.
Shoutbox will always be a bit spammy. even if ads were forbidden entirely and links were comletely disabled, shoutbox would still be spammy if there's numerous people chatting.

there was times when it was that ads weren't allowed, i made the suggestion and it was accepted actually ;P
But yeah, 30 minutes will be harder to do but it'll be less spam & if the warning points stay on there forever it'll count up.
