Change the Title of the Suggestions Section

This is a very minor thing but I thought I’d suggest it as it could be misleading and it doesn’t seem right to me. Currently the section is titled “Suggestions and Feedback” but who actually posts feedback? Just call it “Suggestions and Bugs” because that’s the only prefixes you can use here and it makes sense to me. For an example of it being misleading, someone could post a thread saying something like “nice work on the new MCM update” as “Feedback” but that’s not what this section is used for. The poster could get trashed and spammed with messages saying it’s in the wrong section. I may have made a mistake here so if I did feel free to point it out. Additions and comments appreciated!

Additionally, there is no "Feedback" tag for posts in this section.

How about "Suggestions and Criticism" because half of the suggestions we receive are just complaining about something and don't actually suggest anything viable.

In all seriousness though, I do agree that "Suggestions and Bugs" is a lot more on point with how we've intended on this section being used and would make more sense going forward.
