Change to the account sales form

Hello everyone!
I've got a cool suggestion that I feel should be added, I hope you like it.

Now if you head over to sell an account you have to fill out a form looking like this:

Recently, you may or may not know Mojang upped their game a bit in terms of security, this is what they did:

You can not set or change the security questions or change the email and potentially the skin too without having access to the email linked to the account. This does not apply to ALL accounts, if you know the SQ to some accounts and it recognises your IP it will work.

What is my suggestion?
Some people will purchase an account that in the thread it isn't listed if it has email access or not, they will not be able to change everything on the account which I feel is unfair.

I think an option like this should be added:

You're already not allowed to sell non-full access accounts.

8.2 Do not offer or encourage the purchase/sale of any unmigrated, cracked, stolen, or non-full access accounts.

Accounts like that are forbidden, so if we add this, then we might as well just decline their ability to sell the account.
