Changes to MCSNIPER TOS

Hi, I just wanted to raise some awareness to this terms of Service that was recently added to MCSNIPER.

So, I just decided to come on MCSniper to see what's going on my account then this pops up.​

And I'm like this can't be good so I check out Sales and Refunds and this is the first thing that pops up.​

THIS IS FUCKING INSANE

They could litterally take the og that you're about to snipe and take it for themselves.

PLEASE TAG EVERYONE THAT YOU KNOW THAT USES MCSNIPER​

I'm just trying to gain awareness, and that in no way makes it right.

If you don't agree with the terms of service, then simply don't use the site.

The only reason why that is there is because there are certain circumstances where I do honor snipe overrides (ie. if your account was hacked, mojang'd, etc.). Obviously, you will receive a full refund for the credit, whether it be in the form of a credit or back to your original source of payment. After operating for almost a year, I've only manually overridden a few snipes, I doubt you have anything to worry about.

Did I mention only about 1.6% (12.36% of 13.7%) of my traffic comes from MCM? I don't see why you needed to post it here anyways...

Makes what right? Their terms of service isn't wrong.

You're also claiming it's a sudden change? For all you know it could've been there since the start of the sniper. I'm not defending MCSniper in any way. But I'm also not going to let you make the service look like a scam while it's not.

I suggest adding that snip bit of information to your TOS

Any company that knows what they're doing has this almost exact line written in their TOS. Just most companies make it so huge that you don't even bother reading the TOS. At least be grateful that you can even read it, haha. This isn't anything to worry about and is justified. Trust me.

I agree with BeBosny. He can do what he wants, he doesn't need your input.

I'm simply informing customers of what changes are occuring at MCSniper. Of course he doesn't need my input, and yes he may do what he wants.

Also, this is quite alarming because I recently purchased a snipe credit which is now worthless. Then please add include that in your Tos. Then hopefully I may snipe in peace.
