Changing Unknown command message,

Prompted by the title, without using an external plugin. Should be changable in commands.yml? or ProtocolLib i can't find though. SO help me out and i'll give ya a buckeroo

This is in ur spigot.yml file in your server base files e.g where the worlds folder and plugins folder is listed

You have to dig into Mojang's NMS. I did it ages ago and its pretty simple.

What version are you using?
It should be in the spigot.yml under messages.
