Premium business accounts are unable to view the change username button, and unable to change their username when visiting the http://mc-market.org/account/change-username link directly.

This is a known bug that will be fixed in our next update to the business account addon. In the meantime please create a support request if you meet the requirements and would like to have your name changed on the business account.
