You technically can use more than one ! mark, but never go over three, and I honestly will just tell you to use one. There really isn't ever a need to use more than one.
"forgot to say that"
The F in 'forgot' should be capitalized because you finished a sentence, and that is the beginning of a new one. After 'that' there should be a period because you are ending the sentence.
"Ofc you will need to have some requirments you have to fullfill"
Don't use OFC unless you are talking in a casual way, or texting/messaging.
"requirments" should be requirements.
"fullfill" should be fulfill.
You forgot the end punctuation on that sentence too.
"Fill this app to join:"
Technically you can use 'app' but I would just put out the whole word if you are trying to recruit staff in a formal way.
"But when the server has made back the money and we can start investing in for example skyblock (as we plan to later on!) we will begin paying the staff but for now its gonna be buycraft only!"
Just use a comma on your other sentence, and then use the word 'but'.
For example:
He was hungry. But he was anorexic so he could not eat.
Should be:
He was hungry, but he was anorexic so he could not eat.
Technically you can start a sentence with 'but' or another conjunction, but it just looks odd and doesn't read well so I would refrain from doing so.

Also, you turned 15, not 15th.
Example:
ZPower was excited for his 18th birthday. (Correct)
ZPower was 18th years old. (Incorrect)
ZPower was 18 years old. (Correct)
