what needs to be done
1. we need to put a "new message of the day" down.
2. We need to have a message displayed when someone joins on their screen and not only the chat.
3. we need to have the plugin configs edited

Must have experience with Commands, Java, and editing config files for different common plugins Like Greif Prevention, World Guard, BPermissions, Essentials, and must be able to create plugins with ease.
For the Applications
You must include:

Discord/Skype
Past servers you've had positions on and/or positions you've had in general
and why i should trust you
Then join the server and i shall give you the test among the other players who are interested most knowledgeable gets it.
