What is ChaoZServices?
ChaoZServices is a company I have started that offers anything from Staff/Community Management to Development and Configurations/Setups, I'm looking for talented individuals to come join the company. We are a company that will offer services to OTHER minecraft servers in exchange for money. I will list the open positions in the company below, following that will be more information on each rank and the application format! Manager/Executive: As Manager/Executive you will be in charge of keeping track of all of our clients and being the leadership of the team. You will need experience in Server Management and Company Management experience is recommended. You will be in charge of hiring new staff onto our team and making sure each and every client of ours is satisfied with the results. You will also have a key role in making the big decisions on the server. 16+ ONLY!
Developer: As Developer you MUST have experience in development, the following languages are REQUIRED: Java/JavaScript, our recommended languages are also: CSS, HTML, etc. You will do any and all kinds of development work from plugin development to web development to helping with the advanced setup of the server requested. You will need to be able to finish projects efficiently and have extensive knowledge in systems administration. You will need to be very active as well. 15+ ONLY!
Staff Manager: As Staff Manager you must have a lot of past experience in this field of work. You must be willing to manage any and all kinds of staff teams from small faction servers all the way up to large networks depending on what the client represents. You will need extensive leadership skills and show pride in all work. You will be requested to do any amount of duties requested by the client. You must have good conversation/people skills and be able to communicate well. You must have discord and skype and be able to have a lot of your free time used up at moments notice. You must be able to work with all kinds of people and be a good problem solver! 15+ ONLY!
Community Manager: As Community Manager you must have a lot of experience in this field. You must now how to work and lead and manage all kind's of community's forums, discord and teamspeak. You must show enthusiasm, commitment and self responsibility. You must be able to be active and follow the the clients needs and rules/guidelines that are set in place. You must have EXTREMELY well conversational and people skills and be able to complete any size project in the set time. Being able to write documents and lengthy posts is always a bonus! 14+ ONLY!
Configurator: Must have extensive knowledge in setting up and configurating all types of servers, you must have knowledge with multicraft and FileZila, anything else is an added bonus. The most popular gamemodes now a days are: Prison, Factions, HCF and Skyblock so if you know how to configure plugins/setups for those gamemodes then we're looking for you. You must be willing to complete any project given in a set amount of time. You must work well under pressure and learn to work by yourself and as a team! 14+ ONLY!
Builder: Knowledge in World Edit, World Guard and VoxelSniper is required for you to apply for this position. Added bonus is if you know how to build 1:1 and build by given a picture of something and told to build it in-game. You will need to have a lot of free time to build, you must know how to work well in a team as most of your projects will most likely be group projects. You must be able to get along with all types of people and connect well with everyone. If you are an experienced builder with skills and talent and looking for a paid job, this is for you! 13+ ONLY!
Staff: If you like to do basic chat moderation and making sure players are following the rules and want to find servers that are willing to hire you either free or paid, then come join ChaoZServices! We can guarantee that we will find a server that works best for you. You will work for us and be able to work for other servers and get a good reputation among the minecraft community! 13+ ONLY!
