If someone issues a chargeback via bank, you are fucked.
However, if someone opens a dispute via PayPal, you have a chance of getting your money back, the balance that was chargebacked will be temporarily be frozen. So before you do a deal with someone, make sure you create a ToS so they won't be messing with your shit anytime soon. If they do open a dispute, then just show PayPal the proof of them accepting your Terms of Service. ezpz

Kind of illegal there, plus when you open a bank account in the US the bank is required to take your SSN and check it, if they don't line up with the name you've given, they aren't going to let you open the account.
