I wanted to ask a question. Is there any way to win a chargeback if someone is charging back on you on Paypal falsely, for example I sold them a server, and they received the 100% product.

Well uhm your kinda fucked unless you have full proof of sending it, it's a lot easier to win a G&S chargeback claim false or not.

Is there anyway to cancel a paypal dispute? If the buyer chargedback and seller escalated to paypal and Buyer wants to cancel the dispute.

Call them via phone, they're usually more understanding and cooperative when you call them.
