Some some imbicle scammed me $60, This is the chargeback i'm putting up to paypal, If people could tell me what to improve on it so that I can win. Thanks : )
I was approached by this person on Discord regarding some advertisement he was going to do for me. We agreed at the price of $60 (I cover the paypal fees, hence it is $62) and he Live Streams my server within the next hour or so for 2 hours. These are the terms and conditions that he agreed to:

I contacted him again today, and he wanted another $40, friends and family, which I denied,

He hadn't streamed yet so I kept asking him, if he could refund me, which he said he would. For 6-7 hours straight I kept asking him. And he kept saying later, that he was in school (which is wrong because in the voice call he said that he didn't have school, and secondly it's good Friday so there is no school)

As you can see he Kept saying he will, but he didn't

So in conclusion he did not
1. Do the stream he was required to do.
(In the terms that were given:
Payment will be done through Pyapl Goods and Services
I will cover the fees of Paypal Goods and Services
If I do not hit 150 concurrent players, I will be rewarded a refund.
The stream will last for 2 hours and no less
You agree to these terms and conditions)
