can someone still chargeback me even if they paid as f&f on another ip?

Yes, its a lot harder with an F&F payment, but if they claim it wasn't them then they can still chargeback, and win in some cases.

That's just about it really. BTC is the only used currency that cant be charge backed upon. Though you shouldn't have to worry, I do deals all the time with PayPal, and have yet to be chargebacked on anything.

If you withdraw all the money and then someone chargebacks what happens? If you have no money that can be refunded? and thanks

Your PayPal goes into a negative. Where you cant buy anything until you get it back up to 0. You also cant unlink your card, and if you don't settle the debt within 3 months I believe. PayPal starts chasing you for it.

No real choice, everyone does. Its the largest and most used payment processor. Also if the chargeback is just someone trying to scam money out of you. You can reply and fight the chargeback.

most cases you lose though. so essentially if you dont pay the thing back you can get arrested? lol

It would cost them money to take legal action, I wouldn't know how much, but it would have to be at least a couple of 1000 for it to be worth their time and money.
