this kid scammed me $60 pp f&f how do i chargeback and win without calling up paypal. i tried doing unathorised but they said "We've reviewed your account and we're satisfied that your account is secure and there has been no access by a third party. For this reason, we're unable to proceed with your unauthorised payment claim." how would i make it so it's a win

Calling up paypal and doing the standard stuff (using VPN when sending money and not having 2fa) is the only way I have heard being succesful outside the method you already used.

Yea, pretty sure you can't. That's the reason I previously used F&F Payments, to avoid this.

I've heard about people issuing a chargeback at their banks and being successful, other than that, I can't help I'm afraid.
