MC-Market is full of server owners, so I'm asking you.. How you deal with Chargebacks? Do you even try to fight them with the risk being charged with 25$ tax ? Or you just refund the players ? Is it worth it fighting such cases and whats the percentage in winning them?

Asking this, cuz I can see one big chrageback coming, a guy donated 300$ + in the last 24 hours, and all of them were like 20-25$ donations, so if I try fighting back, and I loose them all, I'll be off with 500$ =S.. Help please.

Also, is there a place where I can get, decent ToS and ToA ? If not, how much would it cost, someone to write such for me?

I fight chargebacks, I win most through paypal , however, credit card chargebacks are rough. I win about 50/50 and when one person does more then 1 chargeback, I call paypal and ask for the fees to get removed and they usually will remove all of the fees except for one, as you are fighting the same person in the dispute.

when you pay with paypal, you can either use your paypal balance or just use your credit card. You can see by clicking on the dispute when they do a chargeback. When a person calls their credit card company claiming fraud, paypal's agreement with credit card companies is to allow the company to decide the outcome , which is why you almost always lose, you have to prove it was false claim. The company usually favors their customer.

So far i haven't had to deal with them. But if it is through paypal i would show them our TOS and the rules they are required to follow once donating. Also, i'd show that they received all they donated for.

PayPal doesn't cover virtual goods. Just make it clear to them it's a virtual item and you'll win automatically.
