If a user purchases your resource and then Chargebacks/disputes, is there anything you can do to win the case?

No, just make a report agianst the player to get them banned but youre resource wont come back to you... sorry :(

Thats basicly the only problem with resources, maybe we should suggest to mcm that you can decide how much rep the player should have to buy youre resource to avoid this cases?

Also, one thing to help your chances of winning a chargeback is by puting a TOS that states after buying, you can not chargeback. Then, if they do chargeback, show Paypal the proof that it states they can't.
Even with that it is not gaurenteed. Back when I owned a server I have talked to so many paypal represenatives and the answer is they always say your TOS basically is overridden by the bank or whoever is disputing the chargeback.

They also say you cannot take away the chargeback right from the buyer.

But they also can't chargeback without a reasonable cause, which 100% of the time is just cause they want there money back and to keep the items, accounts, etc... The only thing we can do as sellers, server owners, etc.. Is deal with it to be honest, the best thing to do in my opinion is try to mention every reason you can to make Paypal go toward your side. I'm done commenting on this topic, good luck.

Calling Paypal mid-case not after you lost as a server owner is also something that worked out sometimes for me.

I've dealt with atleast 4 or 5 chargebacks on my personal PayPal, which has since been limited (fuckin' paypal.), I've lost only one of them. What I did was provide as much proof as I could to show that the user did indeed pay for the item, agreed to the terms of conditions (sent them the TOS aswell.), and hope it goes out smoothly.

put on a VPN.
Log back in on the VPN.
call PayPal saying your account was hijacked.

The problem is that many assholes chargeback not via paypal, but via a creditcard company or bank. That means paypal has to fight them.
