How could I win an F&F chargeback as a seller? This hasn't happened to me yet, but I'd like to stay prepared. Anything I can do?

Don't think you can. You basically broke their T.O.S. Best thing you could do right now is prove that the payment was indeed authorized without letting them know there was a deal involved.

Reply, "I directly talked with them before they made the payment, they were fully aware of the fact that they were making a payment and agreed to do so. They stated that their payment would be final and acknowledged that they would not refund" or something.

Next time, Invoice them. Works wonders.

Thanks for that, and wdym by 'invoice them' like, made them request the money?

No. On paypals site, there's an option to create an invoice. Invoice them for the amount and have them pay the invoice.

oo alr. Will do in the future.

If anyone else knows more ways to win this dispute please let me know <3

Copy and paste this and fill out the information, works for me everytime:

Dear sir/madam,

This user purchased a product from me for (insert price). He was forced to accept the TOS (Terms of Service) by making this purchase, and opening a chargeback/dispute is against my TOS. The TOS can be found here: (insert link if applicable). You can also recheck the payment description of this user, (fill in transaction ID) the TOS can be found there as well and confirms that the buyer did accept it.

All messages were done through discord. I myself go under the alias (fill in your discord name, example: Test) and the buyer goes under the alias (fill in his discord name). (If you did the messages through MC-Market PM's, just make it applicable to that)

(Insert screenshots of all messages you've done with the buyer that have valuable information which could potentionally higher your chances of winning this chargeback, make a screenshot of all messages BEFORE the user made the payment).

(Insert a screenshot of you delivering the product through a mediafire link as an example).

(Insert screenshots of messages after the delivery of the product, even the buyer saying ''thank you'' is already important information which basically confirms he received it).

(If the buyer did sent a screenshot to you to confirm/prove that he paid, insert that screenshot here, this will debunk that it could also not be an unauthorized payment).

Rules regarding this dispute/chargeback: ''There is no buyer protection on PayPal for virtual / digital items. If the seller does not refund you then PayPal will not refund you under their buyer protection sheme. They would have if it was for physical goods but you are not covered by buyer protection for virtual stuff.'' - 16 okt. 2013
This rule can be reviewed here: https://gyazo.com/f9ea9facec3be1a5dc5bfc8c59941f14

A refund is sadly not possible due to the purchased items falling under the category of ''virtual goods''. Furthermore, before any purchase, the buyer is forced to accept the terms and conditions of the seller, which clearly state (and at multiple parts) that all purchases are final and refunds will not be honoured. The reason/excuse given by the buyer is false and is considered fraudulent against my rights as a seller, legal action will be taken against the buyer shall this dispute end in their favour.

Thanks in advance.

Wouldn't they have to verify if it's HIS discord or not? How can they confirm this, or do they just not care enough to 'check'

Trust me they don't give a flying fuck. Everytime I use this format I win.

Wouldn't paypal get mad if I use that template since they'd find out I'm using F&F to sell goods?

you're going to have to let them win. You broke their TOS and you will be banned from PayPal if you admit that you used F&F for a goods and service payment to avoid fees. They have done it before.

This thread is hilarious. Since you probably didn't read the Paypal Terms of Service, and user agreement, you probably didn't for MCM either. Luckily for you, I have the link for you and you can start your reading here:

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full
You probably didn't know that Paypal has the legal right to limit your account and seize funds for not liking the content of your website, what you sell or the way you might sell it. Seriously -- read. it's importanT!

https://www.mc-market.org/wiki/terms/
You probably didn't know that you would find this as boring as it turned out to be.
