Don't think you can. You basically broke their T.O.S. Best thing you could do right now is prove that the payment was indeed authorized without letting them know there was a deal involved.More suggestions please
Reply, "I directly talked with them before they made the payment, they were fully aware of the fact that they were making a payment and agreed to do so. They stated that their payment would be final and acknowledged that they would not refund" or something.
Next time, Invoice them. Works wonders.
No. On paypals site, there's an option to create an invoice. Invoice them for the amount and have them pay the invoice.

Copy and paste this and fill out the information, works for me everytime:
Dear sir/madam,
This user purchased a product from me for (insert price). He was forced to accept the TOS (Terms of Service) by making this purchase, and opening a chargeback/dispute is against my TOS. The TOS can be found here: (insert link if applicable). You can also recheck the payment description of this user, (fill in transaction ID) the TOS can be found there as well and confirms that the buyer did accept it.
All messages were done through discord. I myself go under the alias (fill in your discord name, example: Test) and the buyer goes under the alias (fill in his discord name). (If you did the messages through MC-Market PM's, just make it applicable to that)
Wouldn't they have to verify if it's HIS discord or not? How can they confirm this, or do they just not care enough to 'check'
Trust me they don't give a flying fuck. Everytime I use this format I win.
you're going to have to let them win. You broke their TOS and you will be banned from PayPal if you admit that you used F&F for a goods and service payment to avoid fees. They have done it before.
Wouldn't paypal get mad if I use that template since they'd find out I'm using F&F to sell goods?
