How should I approach this situation? Do I prove to them that he received the acc, show my T.O.S etc etc listed above, or just give up bc of paypal's 'rule'?

Apparently other ppl tried this and didn't get their paypal limited or blocked soo.

Only try to prove that it was him who made the purchase. Like contact him on something else and just say his name and if he responds to that it’s good proof also
