Hello I owned a server & this user wants to charge back! we used the money he donated to us and It's been 4 months & he received everything he was promised, is he allowed to charge back still

If you have a tos, he doesn't need to get it. My TOS says we can alter what you bought anytime without notice. We don't even have to give him the rank lol
