Charging back twice

Someone tried to chargeback $75 on me, was paid through f&f so they tried to do it and lost ofc, since they claimed they didn't make the transaction. Now they're threatening to "get their bank and paypal involved and get the whole $75 back" if I don't give them half. Wondering if it's just a bluff, or if they can actually do something. Keep in mind they paid through f&f.

Possibly, I'm pretty sure he paid through paypal balance, because his chargeback failed when he claimed the transaction wasn't made by him

They're most likely bluffing, and even if they're not, they'd probably still chargeback the $75 if you give them $37.50.

yeah sadly paypal is complete shit and they listen to the banks to make them happy. if he gets his bank involved ur money is gone. thats why you dont use F&F. With G&S, it has to go through a whole review process in which you can argue your case.

If they chargeback with their bank you're going to lose (most likely, unless you have crazy evidence to back you up). If they paid with PayPal balance and lost the dispute, you're in the clear. Stop talking to them so they hopefully forget about it and don't charge back on you.
