Refunds. If your not satisfied with your server, I will either pay you your money back or redo it if you'd like.

Experience. I've owned a factions server with 30 - 40 players online @ all times and 55 on peak times. (advertised only on PMC + Skype to 800 contacts that all are obsessed with factions) I have three years of experience in the creation and development of servers.
