The Chat Control plugin helps server owners with muting and temp muting people. Chat Control has UUID support also. I will make a free version but it will not have UUID support and the messages for the tempmute for users.
It's really not that hard to do player.getUniqueId() instead of player.getMame(), I don't see why you should change 1 line of code to make it a free plugin.
But also why charge $3 for a plugin that lacks additional features unlike the free plugins that are packed with useful commands etc etc? Just a thought.
