Chat Groups Plugin for Sponge 1.12.2

Alright so, let me explain what I need.

I'm running a pixelmon server that allows players to join 1 out of 3 available teams; Team Rocket, Magma or Aqua.

I need a plugin that works with the command "/teamchat {message}" and "/tc {message}" for short, which essentially sends a message to that player's team chat that only them and other members of the same team can view.

The plugin must be able to check whether the player is in a certain group (I'm using LuckPerms), and send the message to the appropriate team.

If, for instance, a player inherits the group "Magma", then by doing "/teamchat Hello team", they will be sending that message to a group chat that can only be viewed by other team Magma members.

If the player does not inherit any of the 3 following groups; Rocket, Magma or Aqua, then a message telling them that they need to join a team will be shown instead.

I need the plugin to be configurable in the following ways:
- Allow me to set custom chat formations for the group chats.
- Allow me to add/remove specific group chats.
- Allow me to edit the "Please join a team" message that is shown when a player hasn't joined a team.

The plugin should not be interfering with any other form of chat formation, I only want to use it for group chats.

I'm using Sponge Forge 1.12.2.
