Hey as we all know the chatbox is now public and anyone can talk in it which means more spam and hard to read. So how bout a second chatbox only for ranked users?

Messages are only "hard to read" atm because the amount of active users which should decrease over next few days. Everyone has been online looking at the new site so chatbox will calm down.
Adding none ranks into shoutbox allows it to be more active than before XF2 which was used mainly for ads
