Chatbox Toxicity Rules

Users in the chatbox are extremely toxic, calling everyone broke *cough C a l l u m* and nothing is done about it. We need more chat mods and rules to keep these broke trolls out of the marketplace. Drop an agree or disagree WITH a reason below.

We already have rules against toxicity in the shoutbox. Sometimes it takes a while, but repeat offenders do get punished and banned eventually.

This suggestion doesn't really suggest anything that we don't already do, so I'll deny it.
