I'm looking for a cheap dedicated server, looking around the lines of $25-30, must have around 16GB Ram, a good CPU and 1Gbit Connection (Preferably wanting Europe location, however I still wish to be offered US Hosting probably)

16GB RAM a good CPU and a 1Gbps connection for $30? Nope, you will need more than that. Kimsufi or https://fallout-hosting.com/dedicated is likely the best you can get in the price range, but the CPU's arent great, and its only a 100Mbps uplink. You're asking for too much for too little. Bandwidth, hardware and power costs quite a bit of money.

While the CPU's are older, these machines are still DDR3 and run Minecraft decently well (have tested them to hold 110 players).

UPDATE: My budget is now $40-50, Looking for atleast 16GB - 32GB Ram, 1Gbit Connection, Europe ( Doesn't have to be ) & Windows ( Once windows is installed , I will put in my License key )
