Cheap Dedicated Server

So basically I am looking for a cheap dedicated server that will allow me to run anything I need with no limitations (limited bandwidth, caps, etc etc..). I am currently using a kimsufi machine, but I need to assign more addresses (ipv4) to the machine; since kimsufi doesn't allow that I am looking for an alternative to my server. Basically I need something similar or better than my current server, that allows me to reinstall, restart, and manage some portions of the server directly from a panel. If anyone can get me something better then please respond below (I can only spend around $30-$35/month on this server). Below are the specs to the server along with how much I currently pay for the server.

(Has to be at least this or even better with the support of a panel (restart, reinstall, etc etc..) and additional ipv4's)
CPU: Core™ i5-2300 4c / 4t 2.8 GHz+
Ram: 16 GB
Drive: 2 TB
Bandwidth: 100 Mbps
Price: $24.00/month

I doubt you will find many providers who can offer unlimited features such as bandwidth for that price, outside of OVH.
