Cheap dedicated server?

Hi everyone, does anyone know a super cheap dedicated server I can get for like $25 a month? Just post the specs and I'll look over them.

They are a very poor provider.
I had a few servers with them before and had weekly power and network outages. When I wasn't having outages, I had constant ridiculous packet loss. They also don't have any DDoS protection. Many reviews of them confirm this.
The support is very fast though, but after asking multiple times, they weren't able to fix the power and network issues.

That's why they are so cheap, they are budget and will have problems

You won't find many good providers to offer what you are looking for, for anything under $30.
