Sorry to say, but it just seems like a copy and paste message, read the thread before posting. My budget is 25 GBP or aka $30~ All your resold dedicated servers are above 35+ GBP.

A good 32GB dedicated server with a nice modern Xeon E3 and 2-4TB of storage is around 25GBP. I can personally vouch for them as I'm currently using them myself.
The lowest server we do is £29.99 but is currently out of stock.

I have had a few drives fail on me well using them.Your best bet as mentioned a couple of times here is hetzner. Jump straight to their auction servers and you can pick up some great deals. They currently have the i7-3770, 16GB RAM, 2x2TB HDD for only € 21.85 / month and what about this, an i7-4770, 32GB RAM, 2x2TB HDD for € 21.85 / month. Nobody is going to beat those prices not even OVH.
