Something about this seems quite off. I'm nearly 100% certain these machines are from hetzner (considering they offer exactly the same specs of uncommon CPUs, TR 2950Xs and R9 3900s aren't exactly everywhere), yet they charge many times more than these prices. I suspect something along the lines of fake ibans or some other form of fraudulent purchase, but I'm willing to give it a fair try to see if it's at least somewhat legit.
