Cheap dedicated servers

Hi, me and my friend are going to start up a Network in January and we needed a Dedicated Server Host. Perferably one that is some-what cheap but still offers reliable hardware.

If you can link some hosting companies that would be fantastic. thanks for helping.

Question, it says a 25$ setup, does that means I need to pay 70$ for the first month, then 45$ for the rest of how long I rent it?

Our USA location is highly requested and most servers get reserved on beforehand so not anytime soon. However all of our clients that use Germany as their location are quite surprised about the ping they get.

I personally don't have much background on them. nor how to use them, I know I can learn it, but I'd rather stick to a host.

VPS are usually cheaper than a Dedicated..

I'm not too sure if you realize that dedicated servers would require the same knowledge as VPS (you said you wanted a dedicated server host); Either way, If you want something under $50/m you can look at SoYouStart, Datashack, Online.net, etc.
