Even then, those CPU's are terrible. Wouldn't be worth it at all.

I'm supplying the OP with the information he requested, I also said the performance would be terrible. It's more to put him or her in a perspective that you can't get an okayish dedi for $15 a month.

15euro/month for a dedicated server is near impossible. The Bandwidth and electricity costs will easily double that.
