Cheap Developer to fix some plugins

I need a cheap developer to fix some plugins. The first one needs fixing of a glitch with its economy system. The second plugin needs a fix on its delay system.

I don't think these will be hard to fix, but as I am not a dev, I don't know.

My budget is somewhere in between $10-$20 for both.

Are these custom, or plugins you downloaded without a thought of consideration to the developers and hacked it apart?

One of them is custom (the developer who made it for me isn't responding to me on Skype when I tell him to fix it), the other is simply to the neglect of the developer who abandoned the plugin. Please do not make assumptions on this threads-thanks
