Cheap Developers willing to work for me?

I am working on my network, http://cadianetwork.com/ and I need developers to work with my developer (i fired everyone else since they sucked). We are working on Factions and OP Prison currently. If anyone has a specific amount they want, let me know. My maximum budget for a developer is 25$. If that is too cheap, i can try to work something out. Thanks
