Budget: $15 and below

As you can see, I'm on a VERY tight budget and I'd actually prefer if it was less than $15

Details: Sky-themed logo, clouds, text saying skylandmc, no characters needed, etc.. Doesn't have to be made by a incredibly professional artist.
