Cheap Editor (small project)

Hello,

I am looking for an editor to edit a 1-hour podcast audio onto a youtube video that contains 1 hour total of gameplay from the YouTube channel Non-Copyright Gameplay.

My editing software is annoying, and I need this done ASAP. Nothing else needs to be done just the montage of videos and audio to be rendered perfectly is all I'm asking for. My budget is $5.
