Terms of Service
Clarifications/Definitions “We”, “Us”, “The Team”, “Service”, “Our Service”, refer to the Elagon Team and their official directors both collectively and individually. “Freelancer(s)”, “Personnel”, “Staff”, “Builders”, refer to individuals within the Elagon Team. Such individuals are responsible for the team’s operations. “Digital Products”, refer to the Assets, Level Designs, and Projects that have been ordered by the client. Payment(s) The client, hereby agrees to the below terms: 1. There will be no refunds/chargeback claims involved with your order, unless both parties (Clients and The Team) individually come to such agreement. 2. Before the initiation of the project, 50% (fifty percent) of the pre agreed amount will be paid as a down payment. This percentage can not be retrieved back (be refunded) unless The Team is at fault. 3. Both payments, must be sent to The Team’s PayPal Account [email protected] while also covering Transaction Fees. 4. All Payments are final Liability and Consequences The client, hereby agrees to the below terms: 1. Elagon Team is not to be held liable or responsible for any kind of losses. 2. Elagon Team reserves the right to distribute or resell the Digital Products to third parties if the client breaches this Agreement. 3. Elagon Team reserves the right to decline its services to any individuals 4. Elagon Team reserves the right to terminate any agreement with or without any valid or current reason provided. 5. Any order comes with a 2 days delay timespan allowance. 6. Client can:

Client can:
a. Request a refund for any project that is not completed even after a 2 days delay timespan of the pre agreed deadline. b. Terminate this agreement with the below consequences: i. Lose of the upfront payment ii. Lose of Digital Products iii. Registration of Client to the Team’s Blacklist and therefore unable to complete any other order with the Elagon Team c. Modify their order without any extra charge* Licensing and Redistribution Digital Products distributed via/by The Elagon Team are covered under the below Agreement. Hence the items are distributed for commercial use; such items cannot be resold without written permission received from the email [email protected] If such action is noticed, The Elagon Team reserves the right to release the item(s) on Planet Minecraft, MC Market or similar websites, forums, and marketplaces.

Copies are only to be used within 1 Bungeecord instance/network | if this term is not followed, the agreement will be considered as breached (*see Section E Termination of Agreement) Termination of Agreement Breaching the agreement will result to a termination of the contract. Terminating results to the below: 1. Lose of the upfront payment 2. Lose of Digital Products 3. Registration of Client to the Team’s Blacklist and therefore unable to complete any other order with the Elagon Team If the agreement is terminated by us, this section is considered as invalid and outdated. LOGGING We log our tickets, including but not limited to (normal) tickets, HR tickets, and applications, strictly for training and legibility cases. These logs are kept secure on our servers and will not be accessible to anyone, other than the directors for either training purposes or legal cases. Such action is subject to the full discretion of the Freelancer working on your project
