You could add way more information to this thread. Nobody is going to take the time out of their day to message you when your thread consists of 17 words. You put "Resume:" and then didn't post your resume?
In this thread you should add your experience, not everyone will read your resume.
The prices you expect. You have 0 vouches and 0% reputation overview therefore in the eyes of others you're not reputable meaning that there will be a minimal amount of people that will actually hire you. To grow your reputation you should do vouch copies and work for free. Myself and many other Managers have done this.
Also, what type of Manager are you? Staff, Community, Development, Marketing etc. there are many departments with many different roles. If you're only one Manager how can you make up for this? The majority of servers want someone who can do more than one thing at once. You won't be paid a lot at all for just one - maximum $10/week depending on the department.
You could also make yourself look more presentable. I understand that not everyone is made of money but you don't even have a profile picture - first impressions are everything. You need to tell people why you're worth their time, you need them more than they need you in such an early situation.

What Jack said. You'd be the last person I'd hire. You need to include more information in your thread. I would never hire anyone that gives out 0 information on who they are or their experience. Not to mention the atrocious lack of effort to make the thread in general. Why would I hire someone who can't put effort into a small thread?
Azzyes resume probably isnt showing because hes considered a new user and isnt allowed to post links, but it is very well crafted and professional I recommend that you message him on discord and get sent his resume as its quite impressive.
