Cheap / Free Advertising

Greetings,
I recently started a factions server known as Massive Addictive Gaming. I'm in the process of finishing things up, and in the near future I believe I will need some advertising going on.
What I will need is someone on YouTube or Twitch who has active viewers. I do NOT have a set budget, I'm just kind of seeing how much this will cost, and how many views and whatnot I can get for the price. I'm hoping for it to be fairly cheap.
