Let me explain what happened.
I asked for a thread design to be similar to one I found. So they copied and they just edited it. WHATEVER idc
They did it and I asked for a few minor adjustments, like making the font bigger, etc, changing some text.
They said "no". Then they closed the ticket and pm'd me the thread design.
Now the thread isn't even the proper size. And I de-vouched them on their #vouches channel because it's been over 36 hours and no reply but "did you put it right". Now I'm banned from the server because they didn't do their work right. Will open a paypal dispute if this isn't fixed.

That's horrible to hear, Hopefully, JackTheDev has something to say.
Wow, I am very upset at the unprofessionalism, however, at this price point its expected. I would have contacted some other designer or sought help to fix the sizing issue.
