Basically, A vouch copy is something you give to another reputable member for free and they vouch for you, saying that your services are good and add a rep. This leads to you being more reputable and a bit more 'known' as someone who is reputable on the market has vouched for your services, therefore it shows that you are capable of doing the service and people should buy from you.
